CMS annually rates Medicare Advantage plans based on a star rating system and each plan receives an overall rating based on five categories:

- Member complaints
- Customer service
Aspire Health Plan’s customer service team received five stars for member satisfaction based on the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems survey metrics.

Aspire Health Plan offers Monterey County’s only Medicare Advantage individual health plans. The provider network consists of over 700 healthcare providers and includes the four Monterey County hospitals.
